Bug fixes

I fixed a few user reported bugs, mostly with UI and scaling. 

- On certain resolution screens, the title screen UI was poorly formatted

- There was a slight issue with the background alignment, creating an out of place blue strip

いくつかのユーザーから報告されたバグを修正しました。主にUIやスケーリングに関する問題です。

• 特定の解像度の画面で、タイトル画面のUIが正しくフォーマットされていませんでした。
• 背景の配置にわずかな問題があり、不自然な青い線が表示されていました
